Job description
**Wellness Coach**
The Wellness Coach plays a key role in overseeing the wellness area, ensuring that equipment is well-maintained, and offering individualized coaching and orientations for YMCA members. They are tasked with creating a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere, while actively promoting the mission and values of the YMCA. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in the wellness or fitness sector. Essential certifications include CPR, First Aid, AED, and O2, and candidates must also be able to successfully pass criminal background checks and child protective services screenings.
