Job description
**Wellness Nurse**
The Wellness Nurse is responsible for overseeing the health of residents, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and collaborating with external healthcare providers. This role includes administering medications and recording any notable changes in residents’ health conditions. Ideal candidates should be graduates of an accredited practical nursing program and possess a valid LPN or RN license. A minimum of three years of experience in assessment and geriatric nursing is preferred.
