Job Summary
The Wellness Nurse plays a crucial role in overseeing the health of residents by conducting comprehensive health evaluations, managing medication protocols, and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals. This position is essential in ensuring that residents receive top-notch care while adhering to health regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough health assessments for residents.
- Manage and oversee medication administration.
- Coordinate care with family members and other healthcare providers.
- Supervise and train care team members to ensure compliance with health guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of resident care and safety.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid LPN/LVN nursing license.
- A minimum of four years of experience in the field of geriatric nursing.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
