Job description
**Line Lead**
The Line Lead is responsible for performing quality inspections and audits to ensure production standards are upheld, while also providing assistance to supervisors with staff assignments and process documentation. This role includes clerical duties, validating the accuracy of flow racks, and aiding in the training of new employees. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in production or quality roles. Competency in basic computer applications and the capability to lift up to 25 pounds are essential, alongside effective communication and leadership abilities.
