The Wound Care Nurse will evaluate and provide care for patients dealing with wounds, colostomies, and acute injuries, while spearheading initiatives focused on maintaining skin integrity. This position also involves educating team members on infection prevention and working together with interdisciplinary teams to promote the best recovery results. Applicants are required to hold a current RN or LPN license in Tennessee and have previous clinical experience in wound care. The role entails participation in a rotating on-call schedule.
