**Job Title: Lab Associate II**
The Lab Associate II plays a crucial role in providing support within the laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with all existing policies and protocols. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing reagent storage, being mindful of elements that could impact test outcomes, and managing patient data appropriately. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, combined with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant laboratory experience. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with both management and clients.
