Job Summary
The X-Ray Technician plays a vital role in executing standard radiologic assessments and providing medical assistance consistently under a clinician’s guidance. This position encompasses a variety of clinical tasks aimed at enhancing patient care and supporting the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine radiologic examinations.
- Assist with medical support procedures under clinical supervision.
- Handle patient registration and ensure proper documentation within the facility.
- Maintain and manage medical imaging equipment effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Possession of a state-sanctioned Limited Scope Technician certificate.
- A minimum of six months of experience in roles related to both X-ray and medical assistance is generally preferred.
