**Youth Shelter Coach**
The Youth Shelter Coach assists residents in reaching their individualized service plan objectives, which encompass job hunting, acquiring life skills, and overseeing daily routines. Responsibilities also include the administration of medication, keeping precise client records, and engaging in staff meetings to promote consistent care delivery. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree is favored. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk youth and demonstrate a solid understanding of adolescent development, trauma-informed practices, and the capacity to uphold professional boundaries.
