**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for guiding and managing the effective functioning of a designated area within the retail sales floor. Key duties involve supervising merchandising efforts, inventory management, customer service protocols, and allocating daily assignments to team members. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting. This position also demands flexibility in scheduling to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays, alongside the physical capability to handle tasks such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
