Job description
**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a designated area within the retail sales floor, ensuring its successful operation. Key duties encompass oversight of merchandising efforts, inventory management, staff scheduling, and upholding exceptional standards for customer service and operational compliance. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, alongside a minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-scale retail setting. Candidates must also have the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
