**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for steering and managing the effective operations of a designated area within the retail sales floor. This involves supervising merchandising efforts, overseeing inventory management, upholding customer service expectations, and distributing daily responsibilities among staff. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-sized retail setting. The position necessitates flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires the capacity to handle physical tasks, such as lifting weights of up to 50 pounds.
