Job description
**Job Title: Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for guiding and directing the effective management of a designated area within the retail sales floor. This role encompasses managing merchandising strategies, inventory procedures, customer service expectations, and assigning daily tasks to team members. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the position may require work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, candidates should be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
