**Job Title: Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the operations of a designated area within the retail sales floor. Key duties encompass supervising merchandising efforts, managing inventory workflows, organizing staff schedules, and ensuring a superior shopping experience for customers. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
