Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Operate machinery such as forklifts or bobcats when necessary.
- Assist with construction and facility management tasks.
- Handle small engine and vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or facility management.
- At least 2 years of background in small engine or vehicle mechanics.
- Experience operating handling a forklift or bobcat is preferred.
