Provide personalized physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and nursing staff to implement treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or license eligible in the state of practice. A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
