Job Summary
The Senior Director is tasked with overseeing and standardizing the Sterile Processing Departments across all facilities within ARH. This leadership role focuses on guaranteeing safe, compliant, and efficient sterile processing practices, while also aiming for operational excellence and adherence to strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the Sterile Processing Departments across all ARH locations.
- Ensure compliance and safety in sterile processing procedures.
- Drive operational improvements and align with strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in sterile processing or in perioperative environments is required.
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree is required or must be acquired within three years of being hired.
- Possession of professional certifications, such as CRCST, is essential.
