Job Summary
The engineer will be responsible for conducting traffic analysis, forecasting, safety evaluations, and various Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) initiatives. This role will involve creating essential technical documents, including project plans, specifications, and cost estimates, while ensuring effective communication among internal teams, external clients, and sub-consultants to deliver projects on time and within the allocated budget.
Responsibilities
- Support traffic analysis and forecasting efforts.
- Conduct safety studies related to transportation.
- Engage in various Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and sub-consultants.
- Ensure project delivery adheres to timelines and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of applicable experience in civil engineering or traffic-related sectors.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred or the ability to secure one within 6 months.
