Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensure proper collection, handling, and storage of specimens following established protocols.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
- Participate in quality control measures and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.
- Document and report results in a timely manner, aiding in patient care.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from an accredited program.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.
