Job Summary
Global is seeking multiple Maintenance Technicians to become a part of a prominent manufacturing client located in Austin, Minnesota. This role will require both technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining equipment and systems within a large-scale operation. The position comes with the potential for overtime and offers flexible scheduling options, including a 3/2/2 work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements for existing maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance or related fields, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
