The CNC Field Service Technician position is based in Niles, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality machine repair and maintenance services for several manufacturing businesses within the area. Your primary focus will include diagnosing and addressing pneumatic, electrical, and CNC operation issues for customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform onsite repair and maintenance for CNC machines.
- Diagnose technical issues related to CNC, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding repairs and diagnostics.
- Ensure all services and repairs comply with the company’s quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of service visits and repairs performed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC machining and related technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in machine maintenance or repair is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
