Job Summary
The Senior Director of Finance is tasked with overseeing all aspects of accounting functions, which encompass general ledgers, payroll management, and the production of financial reports. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to GAAP standards and maintaining financial integrity within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Lead the preparation of the annual budget and manage cash flow effectively.
- Coordinate and manage audits as well as tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards in all financial activities.
- Provide strategic financial leadership to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting and finance.
- A strong grasp of international finance practices and standards.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- A Master’s degree is preferred for enhanced qualification.
