Job Summary
The Electro Mechanical Technician 2 position is designed for skilled individuals tasked with maintaining and troubleshooting intricate electro-mechanical systems. This role primarily supports operational excellence during the 2nd shift, ensuring that equipment runs efficiently and any issues are promptly addressed.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of electro-mechanical systems and equipment.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly.
- Document maintenance activities and system modifications accurately for future reference.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience with electro-mechanical system repair and maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
