Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment and systems within the facility operate efficiently and safely. This position involves conducting preventive maintenance, performing repairs, and troubleshooting various mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and maintain optimal operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery and building systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in equipment and systems.
- Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately using computer systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize operational disruptions.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
