We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN for the position of Registered Nurse First Assistant to join our team in Rochester, Oregon. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care while assisting in surgical procedures and promoting patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons in operating rooms, ensuring a sterile environment.
- Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to manage and care for patients effectively.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient education.
- Document patient care and surgical interventions accurately.
- Adhere to all nursing protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Oregon.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) required.
- Previous experience in surgical settings preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required.
