Job Summary
The Manager II for Enterprise Applications will oversee the Research and Development (R&D) and Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GxP) systems within the organization. This position plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing enterprise applications that support compliance, regulatory requirements, and overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications related to R&D and GxP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application effectiveness and compliance.
- Monitor and enhance system performance, providing support for technical issues as they arise.
- Develop and implement strategies for application improvements and upgrades.
- Ensure that all enterprise applications adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize application utility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Extensive experience managing enterprise applications, particularly in R&D and GxP environments.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, validation, and quality control processes.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
