Job Summary
The Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) will provide critical patient care and support within a healthcare setting. This position demands a professional who can efficiently manage nursing responsibilities, deliver exceptional care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and manage intravenous (IV) therapies effectively.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and maintain accurate records of their health status.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health management.
- Assist in the coordination of patient care activities to enhance overall patient experience.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
