Job Summary
We are currently looking for meticulous Surgical Technologists to become a part of our dedicated Operating Room (OR) team in Glens Falls, New York. This onsite position is critical for maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring smooth operations within the surgical setting. The role involves supporting patient care through various responsibilities, including assisting with patient positioning and other related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and positioning of patients for surgery.
- Support the surgical team by providing necessary instruments and supplies during operations.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of sharps and other hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist, or equivalent experience in a surgical setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and focus in a fast-paced environment.
