Job Summary
The role involves the development and upkeep of the IT infrastructure that links the organization’s personnel, manufacturing facilities, and data repositories. This includes overseeing the cloud, networking, and security components. The position also requires serving as a senior point of escalation for any infrastructure-related issues and providing guidance to junior IT team members.
Responsibilities
- Construct and sustain the company’s IT infrastructure framework.
- Manage the integration of cloud services, networking, and security protocols.
- Act as a senior escalation resource for resolving infrastructure incidents.
- Guide and mentor less experienced IT staff.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong expertise in both hybrid Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Kubernetes, and relevant networking and security applications.
