Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues related to electrical controls, automation systems, and mechanical machinery to maintain production line efficiency. This role will involve executing preventive maintenance tasks, keeping accurate records within the maintenance management system, and working alongside various teams to enhance equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of machinery.
- Record and document maintenance activities in the maintenance system.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve equipment functionality.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong expertise in electrical controls, PLCs, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to interpret and understand schematics effectively.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards, including LOTO and NFPA 70E compliance.
