Job Summary
The role of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is essential for providing comprehensive healthcare services within the Matrix Medical Network. This position involves travel throughout the state and is located in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing treatment plans, delivering health education, facilitating physician referrals, and managing cases, all of which can take place in patients’ homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Responsibilities
