Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Asphalt Plant Operator to become a part of our Asphalt Plant team in Auburn, Georgia. The primary role of the operator is to manage plant controls and oversee production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control plant operations to maintain desired production levels.
- Operate loaders and dozers at bins and stockpiles to facilitate material handling.
- Ensure effective communication with supervisors, drivers, and maintenance staff regarding operational requirements and issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in asphalt production or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of plant operations and monitoring systems.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as loaders and dozers safely and effectively.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
