Job Summary
The Metallurgical Laboratory Technician plays a crucial role in the operation and upkeep of laboratory instruments while delivering technical support in areas such as quality assurance, environmental assessments, and development of processes. This position involves the collection and organization of analytical data, as well as supporting chemical processes related to wastewater management.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment effectively.
- Provide technical support for quality control efforts.
- Assist in environmental monitoring practices.
- Contribute to the development of manufacturing processes.
- Compile and present analytical findings.
- Support chemical processes in wastewater treatment procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of tensile testing experience within a manufacturing setting.
- CCL certification is preferred and beneficial for this role.
