**Job Title: ABA Case Manager**
The ABA Case Manager will deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy while maintaining a steady caseload and executing tailored treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This position also entails case coordination, staff support, facilitation of client intake processes, and acting as a primary communication liaison between families and the clinical team. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ABA program. A solid knowledge of evidence-based behavioral intervention techniques and adherence to ethical practices in ABA is essential, alongside senior-level RBT certification or equivalent clinical experience.
