Job description
The Behavior Analyst will be in charge of conducting behavioral and functional evaluations and developing tailored, evidence-supported behavior plans. Additionally, this role includes mentoring and providing assistance to the RBT team as well as facilitating training sessions for parents. Applicants must hold a valid BCBA license and possess at least a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a similar discipline. A prerequisite is having at least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
