Job Summary
The role involves overseeing the vision, strategy, and comprehensive lifecycle management of the Data Quality & Contracts Platform. This includes all phases from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing enhancement. The job requires collaboration with various teams such as engineering, UX, governance, data products, AI/ML, and business units to ensure the implementation of scalable solutions, integration of AI features, tracking of product KPIs, and effective communication of results to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the vision and strategic roadmap for the Data Quality & Contracts Platform.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the product, ensuring continuous improvement post-launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and integrate AI capabilities.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for product effectiveness.
- Communicate product outcomes and updates to various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of product management or relevant experience.
- At least three years of experience in data management, data quality, or contract management platforms.
- Experience in enterprise product delivery and knowledge of data governance and quality frameworks.
- Agile methodology experience and strong analytical skills are required.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree and knowledge of financial services, relevant tools, and cloud platforms are advantageous.
