Job Summary
The Site Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective deployment, upkeep, and optimal performance of data center infrastructure within the AMR region. This position entails overseeing remote teams, collaborating with vendors, and managing infrastructure initiatives to guarantee operational reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of data center infrastructure.
- Manage remote data center teams and vendor relationships.
- Ensure operational excellence and efficiency across the data centers.
- Drive infrastructure projects to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in data center operations.
- Proficiency with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) and enterprise management tools.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
