Job Summary
The role of the nursing instructor involves delivering clinical and skills lab education to nursing students at the Kaweah Health location. The instructor is responsible for guiding student clinical practices and assessing their performance based on established learning objectives while ensuring that accurate records of student progress are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Oversee student clinical experiences and provide appropriate guidance.
- Assess and evaluate student performance in relation to learning goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate student records.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid and unencumbered California Registered Nurse license.
- A minimum of four years of nursing experience is required.
- A Master’s degree in nursing is necessary; however, candidates with a BSN who are currently enrolled in a Master’s program may also be considered.
