Job Summary
This role involves providing nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, contributing to personalized treatment plans, and administering prescribed treatments and medications. Diagnostic tests will also be performed according to standard procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and aid in developing individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct diagnostic tests following established protocols.
- Assist in medical procedures and respond to emergencies.
- Document patient care utilizing SOAP charting methodology.
- Support patients adhering to therapeutic diets.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the relevant state.
- Ability to secure and maintain CPR certification.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in a clinical setting.
