SuccessFactors Administrator (Remote, U.S.)
Duration: 6–8 Month Contract
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

The SuccessFactors Administrator will play a crucial role in the administration and support of the SAP SuccessFactors platform as the organization undertakes a significant HR systems transformation. This contractor will be the main point of contact for maintaining and facilitating the current SuccessFactors setup while the internal HRIS lead focuses on migrating to a new system. This position requires hands-on HRIS experience, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple HR modules in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities for SuccessFactors Administrator:

  • Oversee routine administration and technical support for the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee records.
  • Provide administration and support for various SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Report Center, Goals, Performance, and Compensation.
  • Configure and manage system settings, workflows, business rules, user roles, permissions, and security protocols.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with stakeholders to address functional and technical inquiries.
  • Escalate complex issues to the internal HRIS or IT teams as necessary.
  • Assist with user access requests, security modifications, and upkeep activities.
  • Develop, refine, and enhance SuccessFactors templates, forms, and system settings to boost efficiency and user experience.
  • Generate and oversee reports and dashboards utilizing the Report Center.
  • Conduct regular audits of the system to maintain data quality and compliance.
  • Support testing efforts for system updates, patches, and enhancements.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and administrative methodologies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other teams to facilitate business operations during the Workday implementation.

Qualifications for SuccessFactors Administrator:

  • Minimum of 3 years of direct SAP SuccessFactors administration experience.
  • Solid knowledge of HRIS administration, including security, user provisioning, and data management.
  • Proficiency in maintaining system configurations and performing ongoing administration tasks.
  • Skilled in generating reports and analyzing HR data.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-resolution abilities.
  • Strong communication capabilities to assist both HR personnel and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently within a remote setting.
