Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of Salesforce-based solutions that focus on grants, employee engagement, volunteerism, and customer relationship management (CRM). The individual will play a key role as the Agility Lead for the suite, enhancing the transparency of delivery, refining team methodologies, improving quality, and ensuring alignment between technology, operations, data management, controls, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete process of delivering Salesforce products while managing dependencies and operational readiness.
- Coordinate plans and releases to support grants, employee engagement, volunteerism, and CRM functionalities.
- Act as the Agility Lead to enhance delivery visibility and team practices across various functions.
- Manage risk assessments and ensure proper governance of the product portfolio.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in technology, product management, agile methodologies, or technical program delivery.
- Proven track record in delivering Salesforce-based products and managing coordinated releases.
- Strong leadership capabilities in agile practices and risk governance frameworks.
- Experience with delivery metrics and tooling to optimize performance.
- Technical proficiency within Salesforce ecosystems and excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
