Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for collaborating with the plating team to maintain and enhance the gold electroplating and cleaning procedures for industrial inkjet printheads. This role focuses on optimizing process efficiency, increasing yield, minimizing defects, and overseeing capital equipment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and sustain the gold electroplating and cleaning processes.
- Drive improvements in process performance and yield.
- Reduce defects within manufacturing processes.
- Lead and manage capital equipment projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electroplating or related chemical processes.
- Proficient in process control and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and manufacturing.
