The Director of Real Estate will manage the real estate operations, supervising capital initiatives, site selection processes, facilities upkeep, and lease management for 350 veterinary locations. Additionally, they will develop a strategy for new site development to facilitate the company’s growth into additional markets. Applicants should possess a minimum of 20 years of advancement in leadership roles related to real estate or facilities within multi-location retail or service organizations. Proficiency in financial modeling and hands-on experience with lease portfolios and capital project oversight are essential.
