Job Summary
The Beverage Filler Operator for Weekend 3rd Shift plays a pivotal role in the beverage production process. This position is responsible for ensuring that filling equipment operates smoothly and efficiently during the designated weekend night shifts, contributing to the overall productivity and quality of the production line.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the filling operations on the production line to ensure quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on filling machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the filling process and implement necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and machine performance data.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines reliably.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or food and beverage processing is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts, particularly during the 3rd shift hours.
