Job Summary
The Care Manager is tasked with offering hands-on support to residents regarding their daily living needs, which encompass personal hygiene, dressing, bathroom assistance, and meal support, all aligned with their individual care plans. This role ensures the well-being and safety of the residents while maintaining thorough documentation of the care provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
- Document all services rendered to residents accurately.
- Monitor the safety of residents and report any changes in their health or well-being to the supervising staff.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or DHS certification.
- A High School Diploma is required.
- Experience with the elderly population, especially those diagnosed with dementia, is highly desirable.
