Job Summary
The Senior Facilities Outsourced Vendor Analyst plays a key role in managing and assessing relationships with our outsourced vendors for facility services. This position is critical for ensuring that vendor performance aligns with organizational standards and that cost efficiency is achieved. The analyst will engage in the evaluation of vendor contracts, monitor service deliverables, and ensure compliance with agreements to contribute to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage relationships with facilities outsourced vendors.
- Monitor and assess vendor performance to ensure adherence to service levels.
- Conduct regular audits of vendor services and contract compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize vendor engagement.
- Analyze vendor costs and identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and implement metrics to track vendor performance outcomes.
- Prepare reports and presentations regarding vendor analysis for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management, preferably in a facilities management context.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes.
