Job Summary
We are actively looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in York, Pennsylvania. This role is essential to our Engineering and Technical Services department, where you will contribute towards maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of our facilities. The position requires commitment to work onsite during specific shifts, which include either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, starting at 2:30 AM.
Responsibilities
- Support the Engineering and Technical Services team in maintaining facility operations.
- Assist in energy management initiatives to optimize facility performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and address them promptly to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts including weekends.
- Knowledge of energy management practices is a plus.
