Job Summary
The LPN/LVN plays a crucial role in overseeing the care of residents in accordance with the treatment plans established by physicians. This position entails thorough documentation of residents’ reactions to their care while also ensuring proper medicine administration. Furthermore, the LPN/LVN is tasked with upholding the safety and orderliness of the medication storage area.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the care provided to residents as per the prescribed treatment plans by physicians.
- Document the responses of residents to their care accurately.

- Ensure the security and cleanliness of the medication supply room.
