Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of the talent acquisition process within our organization located in Kingsport, Tennessee. This position necessitates a collaborative approach, engaging with various partners and external agencies to streamline HR functions effectively. The Specialist will ensure adherence to best practices in HR operations, addressing key areas including benefits, equal employment opportunities (EEO), payroll, and system management.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
