Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment process in Woodbridge, Virginia. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to effectively attract and secure talent for the organization, ensuring that the recruitment serves the business needs while promoting a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to streamline the hiring process.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to increase talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and generalists to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s appeal as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
