Job Summary
The CUA 2 Strengthening Families Coordinator is responsible for leading initiatives aimed at enhancing family engagement and support within the community. The role focuses on implementing strategies to ensure families receive the necessary resources and assistance to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations to facilitate family services.
- Create and implement programs that promote family strength and resilience.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff and families to enhance understanding of available resources.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Compile reports on program statistics and family engagement metrics for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in social work, community organizing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of family dynamics and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
