The Resident Lifestyle Director is tasked with the essential role of designing, coordinating, and facilitating life-enhancing activities aimed at promoting the holistic well-being—physical, emotional, and social—of residents. This position also involves overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of activity staff while ensuring the effective administration of the department’s budget and resources.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma is required; an associate degree or higher in a related discipline is preferred.
